Early Railroad Post Card #2

This post card was never mailed and there is nothing on the back to indicate the age.  Judging from the steam engine I would expect it to be even earlier than the others but I don't know.  Unfortunately I do not know where any of these photos were taken other than in Cow Creek Canyon.
