Glendale's Earliest School ?

Here's a photo that recently appeared in the South County News in an article by Alicia Metke.  Her research revealed that Glendale School District #77 was formed on May 5, 1985.  The date of this photo is not available but the school building was originally dedicated in 1903. Notice the photos below and you'll see that between 1903 and when it burned in 1928 it had received an addition as the student body grew. In fact the photo on your left shows the scaffolding still in place, while the photo above has an additional wing added on.
